DO YOU DELIVER ICE CREAM?
Yes we do! Deliveries are back, and we now offer daily local deliveries within Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Elmira & St. Jacobs. We also offer weekly deliveries from Barrie to Hamilton, Milton to Ajax and the GTA. Check the postal code checker on cart page when placing your order.
All orders are processed shortly after being received depending on your selected delivery date. You will receive another notification when your order is out for delivery.
Zone 1: Local delivery (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, St. Jacobs & Elmira. For orders under $150, we charge $15. Minimum spend of $40 to qualify for Local Delivery.

HOW CAN I GET SOME ICE CREAM?
Come see us at our Uptown Waterloo or DTK Scoop shops! Visit our online shop for pick-up or delivery. Or visit one of our stockists.
PICK-UPS
CAN I ORDER ICE CREAM FOR PICK-UP?
Yes! Order online from our online store.Select your pick-up date and time. We’ll send a pick-up notification as soon as it’s ready.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR PICK-UP?
Nothing! Local pick-ups are free.
WHERE IS THE PICK-UP LOCATION?
The pick-up location is our Uptown Waterloo Scoop Shop, located at 75 King St. South, Waterloo. Our entrance is on Willis Way.
As of September 30, 2024, you can also elect to pick-up your Online Order from the DTK Shop, located at 97 King St. West, Kitchener.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes! As long as they are able to provide us with a valid order number and the name of the individual who placed the order.
WHAT IS THE PICK-UP PROCESS?
When you arrive at the store you are welcome to come inside and provide us with your order number or name to receive your order. Alternatively, you can call the Uptown Shop at 519-888-8387 or the DTK Shop at 519-745-0091 when you arrive, and we can meet you outside with your order.
OTHER QUESTIONS
How long does it take to make/pack my online order?
Orders can be ready within 15 minutes from when the order is placed. To accomodate peak periods and minimize wait times the following limitations have been set:
Pick-up orders: The earliest available time slot defaults to the next half-hour.
Cake orders: Require at least 1 week's notice The closest available time slot defaults to 7 days from time from order, excluding Mondays.

What are your COVID protocols?
Some of our team members still wear masks and we respect everyone who choses to wear a mask as well. We will respect your choice, as we ask you to respect our choice and that of other guests sharing our space.
