Wicked Wednesday: Funky Monkey Mudslide
Coming in sweet with one of our favourite winter recipes! You just can't go wrong with chocolate and banana.
What you'll need:
- 2 scoops of our Funky Monkey Ice Cream
- 1 oz vodka (we suggest Dillon's Method 95 Vodka)
- 1 oz of homemade Kahlua: 2.5 cups of fresh brewed coffee (we suggest Smile Tiger's black tambourine dark roast), 4 cups of organic cane sugar 2+1/4 cups of Yongehurst's Harbour White Rum, 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp of vanilla extract)
What to do:
- Garnish a tall glass with some chocolate drizzle and place it in the freezer
- Put all your ingredients together in the blender and mix away
- Pour your mix into the glass & ta-da!
