Wicked Wednesday: Beer & Brownies Float

We just can't help but whip up another Beer & Brownies drink recipe because this LIMITED EDITION flavour is leaving this week (I know, we're sad too). This Beer & Brownies float is dark & citrusy, tasting even better with its 100% local ingredients. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

What you need:

• 1 can of Waterloo Brewing's Dark Beer
• 1 jar of our Beer & Brownies ice cream
• 1 shot of Dixon's Wicked Citrus Gin
• Orange juice (to taste)

 

What to do:

1. Add a scoop or two of ice cream into a glass
2. Add a shot of gin
3. Add a splash or two of orange juice and top with beer!
