Try This At Home: Four Ice Cream Terrine
Looking to make a dessert for a special event or someone awesome? Why not try to make a terrine from four of your favourite Four All cubes! We'll show you how.
You shouldn't have to choose just one ice cream for your favourite. A terrine is the perfect way to combine those flavours you love into one delicious treat. All you need to make a terrine is four different cubes of Four All ice cream. We picked: Chocolate Milk, Fresh Ginger, Salted Caramel Swirl, and Lavender Honey.
Open up each cube and cut with a knife a small slab from inside. Do this for each cube to have 4 slabs of each ice cream. Place them on top of each other in a stack and put in the freezer.
Now for the toppings: We melted chocolate to pour over top and then added some dried lavender and chamomile flowers (fancy!). You can add anything you want - a berry compote, wafer cookies, crushed nuts... the possibilities are endless. The last step is cutting it up to share, or eating the whole thing for yourself. We're jealous of anyone that gets this terrine as a surprise treat.
