Try This At Home: Crustless Pie à la Mode

We know what you need today. You need some warm peaches sautéed in butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, topped with our newest foodie flavour, Fresh Ginger ice cream. And you can make it for yourself at home!


Four All Ice Cream


To start, you'll need:

  • 1 scoop from a pint of our Fresh Ginger ice cream (available at the Tasting Room August 24th)
  • 2 peaches - we got our from The Good Peach
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar and cinnamon
  • a fresh garnish, such as mint


First, cut the 2 peaches into small slices. Then add your butter to a frying pan set just below medium heat. Make sure your butter is evenly distributed on the pan then toss in your peaches and reduce heat. Sprinkle on the brown sugar and cinnamon, and add more of either depending on how you like it.

Once your peaches are nice and soft and your kitchen smells like a dream, move your peaches to a plate and add a touch more cinnamon. Then take a scoop of ice cream from your pint and put it on top! Ajoa could hardly resist taking the first bite, as you can see:
