Zobo (Hibiscus) Sherbet

Inspired by a West-African & Caribbean drink, this dairy-free sherbert is sweet & sour with a kick. Made from steeped dried hibiscus flowers, ginger, cloves, star anise & lemon! Whether you call it sorrel, zobo, sobolo, bissap, karikade or something else entirely, it's a refreshing plant-based treat for all.

Ingredients: Sorbet Syrup (Water, Cane Sugar, Liquid Invert Sugar, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum), Organic Coconut Milk, Zobo Concentrate (Water, Ginger, Dried Hibiscus, Lemon, Cloves, Star Anise))
