Shipping policy
Pick-up orders will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a notification from us once it is ready for pick-up.
If your order includes items that need to be moved from one store to another to accommodate your pick-up location, your order will be ready in 2-4 days. If you need your order within 24 hours, please choose a different pick-up location.
Delivery orders will be processed depending on delivery location. Local deliveries will typically be delivered on Mondays and Fridays each week. Non-local deliveries will be delivered between Wednesday to Friday each week. Please contact us at letsconnect@fourall.ca should you have any issues.
Zone 1: Local delivery (Mondays & Fridays)
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, St. Jacobs & Elmira. For orders under $150, we charge $15. Minimum spend of $40 to qualify for Local Delivery.
We aim to have deliveries made within 72 hours. If you have a specific request, please leave us a note in the order.

These shipments will be sent out Wednesday-Friday each week. We charge $20 per delivery.

Deliveries to Toronto and its its surrounding metropolitan areas, covering neighborhoods across Scarborough, North York, East York, Old Toronto, Etobicoke is available for orders over $40. These shipments will be sent out Wednesday-Friday each week. We charge $20 per delivery.

Deliveries to Bradford, Barrie, Innisfil is available for orders over $40. These shipments will be sent out every Friday. We charge $20 per delivery.

We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you that we're on our way.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Four All Scoop Shops located at 75 King St W, Waterloo, ON, and 97 King S. W, Kitchener, ON. Select your preferred pick-up location on checkout. Pick-up orders are processed within 24 hours of placing your order. You will be notified once it is ready for pick-up. If you cannot pick-up within 24 hours, please let our team know at 519-888-8387 (Uptown Waterloo), 519-745-0091 (Downtown Kitchener) OR email us at letsconnect@fourall.ca.
Our in-store pickup hours are during our business hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
All "boxes" that you build on our site will be packaged in a Four All bag if you choose to pick up your order in store.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery and when it is ready for pick-up. If any changes are required or you need additional information you can call us at 519-888-8387 (Uptown Waterloo), 519-745-0091 (Downtown Kitchener) OR email us at letsconnect@fourall.ca.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items. For non-food products, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at letsconnect@fourall.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
