Wicked Wednesday: Spicy Mango Daiquiri

This #WickedWednesday we made the perfect sweet & spicy daiquiri using our new Mango Heat ice cream, Yongehurst rum and homemade mango lemonade.

 

Four All Ice Cream

 

What you need:

  • 1.5 ounces of Yongehurst Rum
  • 1 cup of mango lemonade (3/4 cup fresh mango juice, 1 fresh squeezed lemon, 1 fresh squeezed lime, 1/4 cup water)
  • 2 scoops of our Mango Heat ice cream
  • Cane sugar & Grains of Pain salt for rimming your glass
  • Lime slices for garnish

 

What to do:

  1. Grab your blender and buzz it all together!
  2. Rim your glass using a wedge of lime, then dip it into your salt and sugar mix
  3. Pour into your glass and garnish with a lime slice
