Wicked Wednesday: Spiced Honey Chamomile Mimosa

Warm notes of honey and ginger with sweet orange juice and refreshing bubbles. It's mimosa hour, baby!

 

What you need:

• 1/2 cup of orange juice (we recommend Kiju Mango Orange or Happy Planet Valencia Orange)
• 1/2 cup of Saintly Sparkling Brut VQA
• 1 scoop of Four All Ice Cream's Honey Ginger ice cream
• Garnish of your choice (we used grapefruit and lilac flowers)

 

What to do:

1. Grab your glass (or glasses) of choice.
2. Make a 50/50 ratio of juice and sparkling wine, pouring juice first.
3. Top it with your scoop of ice cream (watch out for the fizzle!)
4. Add your garnish.
5. Enjoy!
