Wicked Wednesday: Lavender Bees Knees Float

Here's a twist on the classic Bees Knees cocktail with our Lavender Honey Ice Cream. This boozy & floral drink will be a great addition to your Easter brunch and egg hunts!

 

What you need:

• 2 ounces of Willibald Pink Gin
• 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1 ounce honey (or to taste)
• Sparkling water 
• 2 scoops of our Lavender Honey Ice Cream

 

What to do:

1. Add a 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker then add the gin, lemon juice and honey.
2. Shake very well and pour into large glass or mason jar.
3. Top of with sparkling water and ice cream!

Serves 1.
