Wicked Wednesday: Chocolate Rose Collins

This #WickedWednesday on the eve of Valentine's Day, we're bringing the tradition of flowers and chocolate to a cocktail... and turning it into an ice cream cocktail.


What you need:

  • 2 oz of Dillon's Rose Gin
  • 1 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Raspberry lemonade Booch kombucha
  • Scoop of Chocolate Truffle Sorbet


How to make it:

  1. In a tall glass, add the fresh lemon juice and gin and give it a quick stir
  2. Pour the kombucha on top to fill the glass 3/4 full
  3. Add the scoop of Chocolate Truffle sorbet on top then stir to combine
