Wicked Wednesday: Rhubarb & Lime Margarita

Summer weather is on its way and that means we need a good collection of patio drinks! We were mixing it up and decided to make a Rhubarb and Lime Margarita using our May vegan flavour Rhubarb Sorbet.


We put two scoops of Rhubarb Sorbet in the blender with 1 cup of house-made Margarita mix from Legacy Greens and 2 cups of ice. Then we added 1.5 ounces of Tromba's Blanco tequila and mixed it all up!



Before drinking it all immediately, we rimmed our fancy glass with salt by taking a lime wedge, cutting a slit down the middle, and sliding it along the rim. Then we poured some sea salt in a small container and dipped in the top of the glass. Lastly, we garnished it with some fresh basil, lime and blood orange.
