Wicked Wednesday: Kiwi Kolada

The first #WickedWednesday of the year is a Kiwi Kolada made with our Arctic Kiwi Sorbet, Yongehurst Harbour rum and Cha's Organics coconut milk.

 

Four All Ice Cream

 

What you need to make it:

  • 1.5 cups of coconut milk
  • 4 scoops of our Arctic Kiwi Sorbet
  • 2 ounces of Yongehurst harbour rum
  • 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
  • Slices of orange and lemon for garnish

 

What to do:

  • Blend the coconut milk, lemon juice, rum and 3 scoops of the sorbet together
  • Pour into a tall glass 3/4 full then add the last scoop on top
  • Garnish your glass
  • Try not to drink it all in 5 minutes like I did
