Wicked Wednesday: Frozen Bee's Knees

Our Lavender Honey ice cream is making a sweet return to join our February Chocolate & Flowers flavour line-up, so this #WickedWednesday we used some to make a twist on the classic Bee's Knees cocktail.


Four All Ice Cream


Here's what you need:

  • 2 scoops of Lavender Honey
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 ounces of Willibald gin
  • 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice


All you have to do is blend it all together in the blender! Pour into a tall glass then add lemon slices and fresh lavender to garnish.
