Wicked Wednesday: Frosty Pink Lady

On #WickedWednesday, we drink pink.  Here's our take on a retro 1950s cocktail.

 

Here's what you need to make a (vegan) ice cream-y twist on the classic Pink Lady cocktail:

  • 2 scoops of our Grapefruit Hibiscus Sorbet
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1.5 oz of Gin
  • Orange slice to garnish (and to squeeze on top)

 

How to make it:

  1. Blend together the coconut cream, sorbet and gin
  2. Pour into a tall glass or a martini glass
  3. Garnish with an orange slice (we used a Cara Cara orange) and be sure to squeeze the orange on top before you enjoy
