Wicked Wednesday: Chocolate & Nuts Ale Float

This #WickedWednesday we found the beer match of our Gianduia vegan ice cream.. and we put them together to make a float!


Nut Brown Ale from Black Oak Brewing Co. in Toronto has notes of chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. 1 + 1 = 2 great things, so a scoop on of our Gianduia (chocolate hazelnut) ice cream on top is just plain rational.


Making a beer float is plain & simple. Just fill your glass (3/4 full is best) and add a couple small scoops on top. Some may even enjoy stirring it around a bit to make the entire drink a creamy dreamy cocktail.
