Wicked Wednesday: Canadian Coffee
We've said it before and we'll say it again...we have a classic Canadian Coffee that's BETTER than a Double Double! We've combined our rich Maple Rum Raisin ice cream, sweetened only with maple syrup and maple sugar from Snyder's Heritage Farms, with Dillon's Distiller's 100% Canadian Rye Whiskey to create something great.
What you need:
- 1 scoop Maple Rum Raisin ice cream
- 1 oz Dillon's Distiller Rye Whiskey
- Fresh brewed coffee
- Snyder Heritage Farms maple syrup and maple sugar (optional, to rim glass)
What to do:
- Dip the edge of your glass into maple syrup then into maple sugar
- Place 1 scoop of ice cream in the bottom of your glass or mug
- Pour 1 oz shot of whiskey into glass
- Top with coffee and stir gently.
- Sprinkle with maple sugar, if using
- Enjoy with maple cookies of course!
