Try This At Home: Cupcake Ice Cream Sundaes
What better way to bring in the new year than with ice cream sundaes and cupcakes? These sundaes are topped with chocolate, sprinkles, and sparklers to celebrate 2022.
This recipe can be made vegan by using vegan toppings on the sundaes and using Four All’s Cranberry Sorbet.
What you need:
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup sunflower oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Chocolate sauce
- Four All Raspberry Chocolate Pavlova Ice Cream
What to do:
- Preheat the oven to 360F and fill a muffin pan with cupcake wrappers.
- Whisk together the white flour, sugar, and baking powder. Using a spatula, mix in the wet ingredients (milk, sunflower oil, vanilla). Pour the batter so that it is ¾ of the way full in each cupcake wrapper. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow the cupcakes to cool for 10 minutes.
- Next, place a cupcake in a sundae glass. Top with a large scoop of ice cream and any toppings you would like. Happy New Year!
