Boozy Top Banana Shake

Packed full of banana flavour & rum this is basically a boozy shake and ice cream sundae all in one. So be the top banana!

 

What you need:

• 1.5 ounces rum.  We used North of 7 Leatherback Rum
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 banana, sliced
• 3-4 scoops of our Funky Monkey Ice Cream
• Sundae toppings of choice + more sliced bananas

 What to do:

1. Measure rum and milk into a blender.
2. Add sliced bananas
3. Add 3 scoops of our Funky Monkey Ice Cream.
4. Blend until combined.  Add more ice cream or milk to thicken or thin it out as desired.
5. Pour into a tall glass swirled with chocolate and caramel sauces.
6. Top with whipped cream or another scoop of ice cream.
7. Add sliced bananas and your sundae toppings.  We used chocolate fudge sauce, caramel sauce and toffee bits.
8. Serve with a straw and a spoon.

* For a kid friendly or dry January option, omit the rum.
