Monigram Coffee Roasters

We are sending gratitude to Monigram Coffee Roasters who supply us with great espresso beans for our MadCat Espresso ice cream! 

  

Graham and his wife Monica originally started out in Cambridge opening up Monigram Coffee Roasters.  With a similar concept to Four All’s original Tasting Room, Monigram Coffee was intended mainly as a roastery and wholesale location where coffee lovers could sample Monigram’s products. Monigram Coffee however quickly turned into a staple café in Cambridge with coffee lovers filling up the shop. Monigram Coffee now both wholesales coffee to businesses like Four All as well as maintains its awesome café.

 

 

MadCat Espresso is a two bean blend from Brazil and Ethiopia and one of Monigram’s signature roasts. Graham describes MadCat as a very versatile espresso as it has such a broad flavour from the rich chocolaty tones of Brazil to the brighter and more citrus notes of Ethiopia.

 

Like all our suppliers, Monigram is dedicated to their craft.  They roast, brew and of course pour the highest quality coffee they possibly can.
