Tasty Tip: Tropical Parfait

Sometimes it’s nice to enjoy something tart or crunchy with your fav coconut ice cream, and this Tropical Parfait has both! Add some tangy mango and crunchy granola to our Coconut Cream Pie ice cream for this #TastyTipTuesday. 

 

What you’ll need:

• 1-2 scoops Coconut Cream Pie ice cream
• 1/4 cup mango or frozen mango chunks
• 1/4 cup granola 
• Coconut shreds for topping (optional) 

 

What to do: 

Layer mango, ice cream, and granola in a tall serving dish. Sprinkle coconut topping and enjoy!
