Tasty Tip: New Years Mimosa
Ring in the new year with an ice cream mimosa!
This is what you need:
- One small scoop of any of our flavours (sorbets are best!)
- Your favourite bubbly (or anything sparkly!)
- Orange juice
- Ginger kombucha
- Fresh cranberries, lemon slices and mint for garnish
- A champagne glass
- A straw
What to do with all this goodness:
- Fill your glass half full with orange juice
- Add a splash of kombucha
- Fill the rest of your glass to 3/4 full with bubbly or any sparkling goodness
- Toss a few fresh cranberries on top
- Add your clementine sorbet scoop!
- Garnish with your lemon slices, more cranberries or fresh mint!
