Tasty Tip: Ice Cream Bread

This miraculous 2-ingredient recipe blew our mind!   In less than an hour you can make a delicious quick-bread for breakfast or dessert.  Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of ice cream.

  

What you’ll need:

  • 500 ml cube of ice cream, we used our Plain & Perfect Vanilla bean Ice Cream
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour

 

What to do:

  1. Melt ice cream.
  2. Mix ice cream and flour together until moistened.
  3. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350 F.
  4. Enjoy warm with ice cream!
