Rum Raisin is a cult classic ice cream flavour, how could we not make one of our own? 


Four All Ice Cream


We've made our version of rum raisin special by sweetening it only with local maple syrup, thus the name: Maple Rum Raisin. The rum that makes this ice cream a boozy deliciousness comes from Yongehurst Distillery in Toronto. We cook the raisins in the same maple syrup and rum until they are plump and juicy, then mix them into the ice cream as it's being made.
