Like avocado toast, but ice cream!
It can be hard sometimes deciding what you'll put on that tasty pastry you got from your local bakery, like The Bakery in Waterloo.
Fear not, because we just came up with something amazing: Ice Cream Buns. The Bakery makes delicious, fresh, and gluten-free English muffins that work perfect for these. Pick them up in a pack of two, toast them in the oven and put a couple scoops of your favourite ice cream inside.
We paired them with scoops of our Maple Walnut and Chocolate Peanut Butter ice creams - two of our returned seasonal flavours for Remember November. If you decide to put ice cream on your English muffins instead of jam from now on... We won't tell and we certainly don't blame you.
