Wicked Wednesday: Cookies & Cream Milkshake
Celebrate the return of our Cookies & Cream ice cream by turning it into a boozy, decadent milkshake for #WickedWednesday !
This is a simple recipe so you don't need to waste any time before getting to the good stuff. All you need is a few scoops of our Cookies & Cream ice cream, a 1/2 cup of Eby Manor's 4.8% milk, and 2 oz of Yongehurst's Harbour Rum, and some macrons from Unity Baking to top it off.
Blend the milk, rum & ice cream together in a blender. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with all the sweet stuff: whipped cream and tasty cookies.
