Wicked Wednesday: Caramel Apple Martini

It's the tail-end of winter and we're yearning for warm and sweet, like a Caramel Apple Martini made with warmed local apple cider and some of our Salted Caramel Swirl ice cream.

 

 

What you need:

• 2 tbsp of our Salted Caramel Swirl ice cream
• 1.5 oz vodka
• 1.5 cups of warmed apple cider
• Cinnamon and sliced apple for garnish

 

How to make it:

1. Warm the apple cider at low-medium heat in a pot on the stove
2. Add the couple spoons of ice cream to your glass then the vodka on top
3. Once warm, slowly pour the cider into the glass
4. Give it a quick stir then garnish with cinnamon and sliced apple
