Wicked Wednesday: Grape Rum Slush
One of our favourite sorbets, Grape Sorbet, in sunny cocktail form!
Here's how we made it:
- 1 cube of our Grape Sorbet (500 ml)
- 2-ounces Yongehurst Distellery's Harbour Rum
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth
- Pour into a tall glass & garnish with a skewer of Sovereign Grapes
