Wicked Wednesday: Tom Collins Float

Happy #WickedWednesday KW! We made you a Tom Collins float to get you through the rest of this week and the end of September.

 

Four All Ice Cream

 

This is what you need to make it:

  • Soda water (we used Peach Pear flavoured La Croix)
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 ounces of Willibald Gin
  • One scoop of our Red Plum sorbet

 

Four All Ice Cream

 

First, fill your glass 3/4 full with the soda water. Squeeze your lemon in the glass or add 2-3 slices into the water. Pour in your gin, then give it all a quick stir. Last but not least, add your scoop of sorbet right on top.
